Greg Rubin,
Senior Vice President
Greg Rubin has been with Prospects Influential (PI) since 1998. He joined the company as a sales representative, became a partner within five years, and has helped position PI as a respected list broker with an excellent international reputation.
Rubin has worked in sales and marketing for the past 20 years. He was a sales manager for Zippy Print from 1987 to 1991, where he demonstrated an ability to both anticipate and innovate. He helped introduce recycled paper as a mainstream product at Zippy, attracting Greenpeace as a customer and setting an example that would soon be followed by most, if not all, print companies.
Moving on to Vancouver’s Contacts Target Marketing, Rubin broadened the company’s outlook and its customer base by making it a global provider of lists instead of simply a British Columbia focused list provider.
Greg Rubin was born in Winnipeg. He majored in commerce and psychology at both the University of Winnipeg and the University of Manitoba. He was a competitive field hockey player on the Manitoba provincial team, and an Olympic-calibre swimmer. He now lives in Gibsons on BC’s Sunshine Coast with his two daughters.

Grant M. Waldman, Director
Grant Waldman joined Prospects Influential, Inc. (PI) as a List Broker 2 years ago. He enjoyed such a fast and productive start that within a year the company had asked him to begin training other new list brokers.
Waldman brings to PI more than 15 years of experience in all types of businesses. In the early 90's he was an IT Project Manager at Turf Care Products Canada, one of the largest distributors of outdoor power equipment in the country. Waldman moved on to Johnson Controls‘Canada HQ, where he was quickly recognized for his ability to improve the customer retention process to over 90% in one year. This was followed by a transfer to a management position at Johnson Controls' Indiana/Kentucky branch, where he supported the roll out of a new integrated vendor program that saved the branch thousands of dollars by consolidating purchases from key vendors. This garnered Grant a Process Improvement Award from Johnson Controls HQ.
Prior to coming to Prospects Influential, Grant was a Business Analyst and Channel Manager at Business Solution Developer, Blue Link Associates in Toronto, where he delivered a nationwide partner program with resellers across Canada.
Grant graduated from York University in Toronto with degrees in History and Business, and an advanced diploma in IT Systems from The Honeywell Institute.
