About Opt-In Email Lists

Permission based Opt-in Email were created to eliminate     negative feedback from people who receive messages in their    inbox that they have no interest in, to reduce spam. Opt-in    Email Lists contain people who have given their permission to    receive solicitations in their area of interest. They have opted    in to receive these messages.    When renting an Opt-in Email List, the selection process is    similar to selecting Business Lists or Consumer Lists.    However, with Opt-in Email campaigns, most email addresses

are not released to you. The list owner sends your message on your behalf, which maintains the integrity of the list.

You provide the subject line and creative along with a few sample emails. Your message can be formatted in either HTML (Web-style, with your logo and graphics) or plain text. The sample emails you provide are used by the list owner to send test emails to, in order for them to be viewed and signed off on. Samples are generally your address, along with whoever else is allowed to view and proof the final product before it goes out. Typically list owners will not schedule a deployment until you have signed off on the proof.

Once your message has been approved by the list owner, it is broadcasted within 24 - 48 hours. A tracking report is generated for you. This report will identify how many opened your message and read it. (Only available if your message is broadcast as an HTML). Text only messages can be viewed in the recipients’ inbox and therefore can’t be tracked. Once an HTML is opened, the tracking report will identify all those that clicked on the links so you know how many people viewed your message. Your specific “call to action” might be asking the recipients to provide contact information, or to phone you, in order to capture specific information about them.

Opt-in Email Lists are available for Business and Consumer targets ranging from simple Email Lists to extremely specific Specialty Lists, they can also be used as part of a Multi-Channel campaign.

PLEASE NOTE: To avoid saturation and maintain the integrity of the lists we represent, only the highest quality permission-based, Opt-in Email files are deployed to by our list owners. It may be possible to have an email list released to you but only when a permission pass has been done by the list owner, to the individuals on the list, asking for their permission to release their email address to you. Any requests for bulk email files will not be processed.

We can’t control the level that any recipient has set for their spam filters so the subject line provided by you should not contain words typically associated as spam as your message has a higher likely hood of being blocked.
